Rebekah Alcock is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and an Accredited Sports Dietitian.
Rebekah is in her final year of a Doctor of Philosophy through the Australian Institute of Sport and the Australian Catholic University, researching nutrition support for ligaments and tendons. She currently works as the Performance Dietitian for the Melbourne Rebels and Melbourne Storm.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Public Health (Nutrition), Honours in Nutrition, Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics, Certificate III and IV in Fitness, and is a current PhD candidate.
Rebekah works across a range of areas including body composition management, hydration strategies, eating for performance, nutrition for mental and gut health, and creating environments conducive to meeting nutritional goals. She also has a passion for rehabilitation nutrition.
Rebekah also currently works at Recover Sports Medicine seeing private clients, and is available for presentations and private consultancy.
